SPE TIMOL LLC is a Ukrainian polyurethane technology plant specializing in the development and manufacture of wear-resistant polyurethane products for industrial and household applications. The company combines modern technology, quality raw materials and years of engineering experience to deliver effective solutions for demanding operating conditions.

Core Areas of Activity

The plant's core areas of activity are:

  • manufacturing polyurethane products of various purposes and configurations, including custom items made to the customer's individual requirements;
  • applying and restoring the contact layer (rubberizing, polyurethane lining);
  • replacing rubber components with polyurethane ones in industrial and household assemblies and parts.

Products and Applications

The plant's core products are items that operate in harsh and extreme conditions, under abrasive wear, high and variable loads, significant temperature swings and exposure to aggressive media.

The product range covers both standard items (polyurethane sheets, rods, seals, bushings, etc.) and specialized technical solutions manufactured using our own proprietary engineering know-how.

Production and Technology

Production is carried out using the open-casting method on modern, high-grade equipment with high-quality raw materials. Strict adherence to every requirement of the production process ensures a consistently high level of finished product quality.

Years of accumulated professional experience allow our specialists to quickly and precisely select the optimal material and develop a manufacturing process that fully meets the customer's technical requirements.

Individual Approach

Products can be manufactured:

  • using the customer's casting molds;
  • to the customer's drawings and technical specifications;
  • based on a supplied sample.
