## Production of Polyurethane Molds

The manufacturing of polyurethane molds is carried out in several stages:

1. preparation of the model. The blank is fixed on a sturdy base using silicone sealant and left for 2-3 hours to dry the adhesive layer;
2. creating the sides of the mold (from plastic or metal). The height of the sides should exceed the thickness of the finished elements by 3-4 cm. The sides are connected around the perimeter of the blank and secured with special screws;
3. pouring the prepared mixture. The mold is set at a slight incline, then the compound is poured in. When the liquid reaches the edges, the blank is placed in a horizontal position;
4. drying. This is done at a temperature of no less than 20 degrees for 2-4 days. After that, the mold is disassembled, and the finished product is removed from the blank.
