The application of polyurethane to rollers follows a well-established algorithm:

- first, the surface is cleaned of debris, rust, and processed product residues;
- the next step is cold abrasive treatment of surfaces (sandblasting) where the polyurethane layer will be applied;
- then a layer of special adhesive is applied to the part;
- now it's the polyurethane's turn. It is applied considering the required hardness, which can range from 70A to 70D on the Shore scale. The choice depends on the expected load and wear resistance;
- and finally, the coating is polymerized.

Since lining does not involve leftovers, this method of protecting parts from wear is quite economical.
